Screenprinting workshop at ESAD

Workshop at L’École supérieure des arts décoratifs de la Ville de Strasbourg (ESAD)
December 16 – 18, 2009

My first time in a solvent based set-up proved to be an interesting sensation. Not only because of incredible detail (150 T screens instead of 120 T, no drying problems), but also the headaches and skinrashes we experienced due to the chemical fumes.

I’m glad I did it, also because of the fun we had as a group, but I’m also happy that waterbased printing has become the current standard in academia and non professional shops (in most countries).
